Three months ago when we arrived here in Sweden, the first thing KT and I looked forward the most to was to see the leaves change color!

KT would get excited when she spots just one leaf yellow or red. That’s probably what we mostly did on our walk to and back from school – look for trees that were changing color!

It didn’t happen overnight! It was gradual. It was slow. We got busy with our daily routine. As days went by, it wasn’t even something we looked forward to! However, as the famous quote goes,

“Life happens when you are busy making other plans!”

Fall happened – when I was completely oblivious to the fact that it was happening all around us!

By the time I came to my senses, half the trees had withered. Better late than never! So picked my camera and clicked these!

Most of us look forward to something to happen in our lives. Day after day when nothing seem to happen, we give up. We stop looking. We move on!

However, all the while it has just been happening – just around us. Probably not as swiftly as we expected it to happen. But it is – slowly, steadily, beautifully, far beyond what we had imagined!

Don’t stop looking! It’s happening 🙂
